Made with MJF technology for vehicles powered by 1.4 T-Jet, it has been carefully designed, tested and developed to be one of the most efficient products currently available on the market.

The attention to detail on shapes, dimensions, curvatures, duct lengths, plenum volume, have been finely optimised to ensure a clear improvement in the fluid dynamics of the system with a consequent increase in performance throughout the entire range of use of the engine.

From simulations and experimental tests both on the flow bench and on the car in different configurations, the data collected confirm that the manifold allows an increase in the flow of air entering the engine up to 16% more than the stock manifold.

The weight is only 1200 grams thanks to the materials and technology used; it is in fact a carbon-loaded polymer that guarantees strength, lightness and thermal insulation from the hot areas inside the engine compartment, which allows to maintain a temperature of the air entering the engine much lower than the original configuration even following intensive use of the vehicle.

It has been designed and tested to withstand internal operating pressures of up to 10 bar with a safety factor of approximately 3 times (under very demanding processing conditions) the operating range.

The intake manifold can be mounted on the T-jet engines of the FCA group (indicate the model when ordering):

● N.3 Stainless steel spacers for air conditioning unit (on Grande Punto Abarth or other models it may be necessary to add additional washers for A/C).

● N.1 Cable gland for motor cables

● N.2 Hexagonal head screws M7x35

● No. 9 Washers ∅8

● Step by step assembly instructions Requires the use of the Punto Bosch valve body P/N 280750073 to allow for increased airflow (not supplied).
